shipping & Delivery

Payment

Oneiro accepts MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express®, PayPal and Apple Pay as methods of payment. The transaction will be charged to the Customer Card only after verifying the Customer Card details, receiving credit authorization on the Customer Card, and confirmation of the Product availability and the order is ready for shipment.

SHIPPING

  • We ship to the shipping address provided by you. Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address and you have used Apple Pay, the address is automated to match your credit card on file and will be shipped to that address.

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

  • Orders shipped in Canada will be mailed by Canada Post Regular Parcel and charged a flat rate of $12. Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post, we take no responsibility for any unforeseen delays or problems with your order. Please contact Canada Post with your tracking number if you can not locate your package.

  • Any orders outside of Canada will be mailed by Canada Post Tracked Packet International and charged a flat rate of $20.

DELIVERY

  • For domestic orders in Canada, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-7 days for delivery.

  • For international orders, please allow 3-4 business days for processing and 5 -14 days for delivery.

  • Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

  • Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.

  • These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by Oneiro Designs.

PICKUP

  • If you live in Saskatoon, SK and surrounding area, you can use the code YXELOVE for free pickup.

  • Pickup is located in Evergreen area (specific address will be sent to your email)

  • Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with detailed pickup instructions.
